5 Ways To Get Dirty At Dirtybird Campout This Weekend

As Dirtybird Campout is getting under way as you read this, its time yet again to party with one of our favorite crews out there today, the Dirtybird‘s. In Year Three of arguably the label’s best event, we see a venue change to Bradley, CA, home of another Do LaB put-on festival, Lightning in a Bottle, and the most diverse lineup they’ve hosted thus far. Among the DJs and camps lays a plethora of activities and mischief to get into, both on the map and off. We’ve complied a list of five ways you can get down and dirty at Dirtybird Campout this weekend and above all else, stay safe in the dirt fellow birds.

Enjoy Your Surroundings: Bradley, CA is surrounded by the vastness of space, hills, a river bed and not a sign of civilization is sight. BE sure to soak it all in as this is a juicy opportunity to. We can get caught up in the day-to-day hustle and bustle but its when we escape and emerge ourselves in the beauty of nature that we truly feel free.

Explore New Music: With plenty of Dirtybird’s to go around, there is also ample room for other styles of music at Campout. From Bleep Bloop to Mija, Netsky and Araabmusik, bass music seems to have found its way into camp and looks like its here to stay.

Scavenger Hunt: With new twists and turns at the new venue, this Campout classic will undoubtedly be the talk of Camp this year. Rally your crew together and get lost a bit.

BBQ: Ahh, the Dirtybird BBQ. This is where it all began for Dirtybird. With Tri-Tip, DJs and good vibes all around, it makes feeling about stuffing your face way less burdensome with just one bite of a Dirtybird sandwich.

A-Trak & Baauer Announce Fall Tour

Published

Both A-Trak and Baauer have made a name for themselves by never conforming in a sea of DJ/producers. Neither of them could ever be pinned to just one genre or trend, and that same versatility makes them an interesting match. Now the two pioneers have announced a special B2B Fall tour hitting select cities across the US, including two festivals.

A-Trak has had a strong year of lifting up DJ culture between Fool’s Gold’s acclaimed DAY OFF parties and the first annual Goldie Awards held this year in Brooklyn. In addition, A-Trak’s latest single “Believe” featuring Quavo and Lil Yachty has amassed over 10 million plays worldwide.

Baauer released his highly-anticipated debut album, Aa, last year to critical acclaim. He brought along on a star-studded list of collaborators like M.I.A., Pusha T, Future, Rustie and more, and made his late night TV debut on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert performing “Day Ones” with Leikeli47.

Back for the 7th time and with over 100,000 attendees last year, the likes of Alan Walker, Eric Prydz, Flosstradamus, Jamie Jones, Rezz, Tiësto and Zedd will be present to ensure Insomniac’s Escape: Psycho Circus will be another great Haunting. Underrated yet extremely talented artists Luca Lush and Detlef will make their Insomniac festival debuts, while three of the four devilishly designed stages will host an Insomniac fan-favorite brand. Following last year’s massive turnout, the Ghouls’ Graveyard stage will expand with a larger footprint and lineup to present a Bassrush Massive takeover. Special b2b sets will include: Ray Volpe b2b Tisoki, Original Sin b2b Tax Man and Angerfist b2b Miss K8. Iconic brands Basscon and Audiotistic will host The Chopping Block each night, featuring an unprecedented performance from Boys Noise. What I am looking forward to most is the fact that Factory 93 will curate the Cannibals’ Tea Party stage with highly anticipated collaborations from Jamie Jones’ Paradise and Nicole Moudaber’s MoodZONE with performances from Joseph Capriati, Green Velvet, Paco Osuna, Nathan Barato, Carlo Lio and more.
